Launch Excellence Strategist

I am a former Merck & Co., Inc executive with 25+years’ experience in the Life Sciences. My focus is on global strategic marketing and commercialization creating value for patients, providers, and payers. I led seven product launches, all exceeding profitability targets in major global markets. My impact on running business units range from $100 Million to $1Billion per year.

In my role as advisor to the Science Center, in Philadelphia, I provide strategic advice to Life Sciences companies from outside the US, on their Go-To-Market Strategy in the United States of America. These include Medical Device, Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Therapy, and Consumer Healthcare Companies. In addition to this, I am advisor to The QED proof-of-concept program helping academic researchers to commercialize their early-stage life science and healthcare technologies. The QED is the nation’s first multi-institutional proof-of-concept program for the life sciences.

Working as a Volunteer with the non-profit organization, Women in Bio, I lead the US East Coast, Women in Bio Founders Forum. We support the development and acceleration of success of female founders, especially first-time founders (early-stage and seed-stage startups) and their ventures via peer-to-peer interaction, ultimately attempting to shorten learning curves.

My passion comes from understanding business, leadership, team dynamics and most importantly how to deliver value.
